USeP KTTD partners IPOPHL for Training-Workshop on Spinoff Policy Development last June 14-15, 2022.

The program highlighted that technology transfer is how research outputs are translated into products that can directly benefit the community. Thus the training-workshop led by Dr. Adrian Sablan of Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines is greatly impactful. He primarily focused in sharing the essential contents of a spinoff policy and the major significance of the participation of University’s personnel, even on the start-up and early development phase.
