Dr. Victoria Guillano is leading efforts to transform psoriasis care in the Philippines. At the 2024 Regional Congress in Dermatology in Kuala Lumpur, where she represented the country at the International Psoriasis Council (IPC) meeting. Dr. Guillano focused on key initiatives such as improving education, expanding access to advanced treatments, integrating digital tools into clinical practice, and supporting the Psoriasis Global Atlas.
Dr. Guillano is the Dean of the USeP School of Medicine (SoM); as well as the President of the Psoriasis Foundation of the Philippines, Inc. (PFPI) and an IPC Councilor.
Her strategic vision aims to elevate the standard of care for psoriasis patients, ensuring better access to innovative treatments and enhanced patient outcomes. The USeP SoM fully supports her initiatives, recognizing the impact they will have on healthcare in the Philippines and globally, while also advancing medical education to prepare future physicians for evolving healthcare challenges.
