The University of Southeastern Philippines was invited by NEDA XI to present the updated 3-Year Strategic Plan (FY 2015-2017) of the University. The project Management group (PMG), headed by Dr. Val Quimno, together with the members: Ms. Melanie Pagkaliwagan, Dr. Rey Nogodola, Dr. Genna Carmelo, Dr. Bonifacio Gabales, Dr. Tamara Cher Mercado, and Dr. Maychelle Nugas, through special order No. 048 was tasked to finalize the draft plan and present it to the members of the Board. The presentation highlights the rationale of the updated plan, its processes, the content and the form and style. Present during the panel discussion were Dir. Lourdes D. Lim, Director of National Economic Development Authority (NEDA), Dr. Anthony C. Sales, Regional Director of Department of Science and Technology (DOST), and Dr. Raul C. Alvarez Jr., Director of the Comission on Higher Education (CHED).
