ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR SECOND SEMESTER, AY 2022- 2023


FOR ENROLLMENT

Old Students are advised to settle all previous balances before enrolling.

STEP 1.

Click the link to download the Pre-Registration Form (PRF) and Data Privacy Provision Form.

Fill out the form with the Course Schedule offered in your program.

STEP 2.

Email the filled-out forms to your respective Program Enrolling Adviser.

STEP 3.

Non-Paying Students. Wait for the College to send a copy of your PRA to the Student Accounts Unit.

Paying Students. Pay the Corresponding fee indicated in the PRA sent by the College.

STEP 4.

Non-Paying Students. Wait as the Student Accounts Unit verifies your payment (Scholarship/ Grant).

Paying Students. Wait for the payment verification notice from the Cashiering Unit.

STEP 5.

Expect your Certificate of Registration (COR) to be reflected in your Student Portal.

STEP 6.

STUDENT OFFICIALLY ENROLLED!

You can now download your COR through the Student Portal.

FOR OTHER CONCERNS

STEP 1.

Download the Transaction Form and fill it out with your concern.

STEP 2.

Send the filled-out Transaction Form to cas_pad@usep.edu.ph

NOTE: Indicate in the subject of your email the following:

Intention of Transaction_LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, MI

Example: Enrollment_Dela Cruz, Juan A
