[ππππ ππππππππ] The College of Development Management successfully conducted its on January 5-6, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p. m. at CDM-AVR.
In Day 1, the activity highlighted the assessment and evaluation of the College Quarterly Performance Review (CQPR) during the conduct of presentation of accomplishment reports per office.
Indeed, the year end college performance evaluation of CDM is beneficial to integrate, implement, and evaluate people management strategies, systems and processes that will contribute to the betterment of the college as a whole.
In Day 2, The Mindanao Center for Policy Studies (MCPS) held an inauguration and a ribbon cutting ceremony for its new office. The ceremony was led by Dr. Aristeo C. Salapa, Dean of College of Development Management, together with the Director of MCPS, Dr. Joeteddy B. Bugarin.
The Mindanao Center for Policy Studies, as a unit of the University of Southeastern Philippines, is a non-stock, nonprofit government research institution that shall engage in policy-oriented research. Through the Centerβs programs, projects, and activities, it is hoped that policy-oriented research on social and economic development, specially for Mindanao, can be expanded to assist more directly the Government in planning and policy making.
