The College of Development Management GAD Office, in collaboration with the Office of the Student Affairs and Mintal Campus Student Council celebrated the annual M.A.L.I.P.A.Y.O.N Day with the theme “Agenda ng Kababaihan Tungo sa Kaunlaran” on March 18, 2022 at 9:00 AM – 12:00 NN via Zoom and streamed live on USeP-CDM Facebook Page.
Gratitude to Dr. Elsa Villanueva, Board member of the Women Studies Resource Center – Southern Mindanao Region and the Department Head of the Assumption College of Davao-Basic Education Department for speaking about “Supporting Women in Post-Pandemic Recovery” in GADvocacy Talks and for graciously sharing her knowledge and expertise.
Truly, women all across the world have proved their ability to effectively lead in the COVID-19 response and recovery operations by demonstrating their skills, expertise, and networks. That there is greater awareness than ever before of the fact that women bring a unique set of experiences, perspectives, and skills to the table and contribute in irreplaceable ways to decisions, policies, and laws that make the world a better place for everyone.
