The Extension Office of the University of Southeastern Philippines – College of Development Management, in partnership with the LGBT Davao City Coalition, conducted a Training on Organizational Management last on March 26, 2022 from 8:00AM – 5:00PM via Zoom.

Prof. Edsan Colin Santander, Head of the Extension Office of the College of Development Management welcomed the 535 participants from the LGBT Davao City Coalition.

In the morning session, Dr. Aristeo C. Salapa, Dean of CDM, shared his message and the framework of research and extension of the university. Prof. Ronie Panes also lectured about Organizational Management.

Exciting and fun-learning breakout discussions per topic were lined-up in the afternoon session which included the organization of Breakout Teams. Mr. Arnel P. Santander talked about Leadership; Ms. Mylene S. Caballero discussed about Basic Accounting; and Prof. Kethelle I. Sajonia shared her expertise in Meeting Minutes, Note Taking and Documentation.

The said training was hoped to help the university’s target on community engagements and partnership with non-government organization. The Extension Division works with the colleges to plan, promote, create, administer, evaluate, and finance extension programs that are tailored to the requirements, interests, and resources of the local communities served.
