The College of Education Graduate School, through the initiative of the faculty and students from the Doctor of Education and Master of Education programs, has successfully conducted the international forum for educational managers/leaders titled “Approaches to Planning, Management, Administration, Leadership and Social Change in Academic Institutions: An International Leadership and Management Sharing” on April 1, 2023 at the College of Education Audio-Visual Room from 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN. The resource speaker, Dr. Aland D. Mizell, President of Social Entrepreneurship Technology and Business Institute (SETBI), elaborated the issues faced by educational managers/leaders and possible solutions towards societal recovery and ensure sustainability of education.
The forum also provided an opportunity for participants to exchange insights and personal experiences in planning, educational leadership and management, and other relevant issues that impact education in the Philippines. It paved the way for further collaboration and linkages among educators and educational leaders as well.
