Mr. Sami Ysmael U. Ebrahim SDF-PMO and Ms. Leanabai M. Sakal-Morales, BPDA, both taking up Master in Information Technology ( MIT) at the College of Information and Computing, University of Southeastern Philippines, are elected as President and Internal Vice – President of the Bangsamoro Information and Communications Technology Association (BICTA), a newly-created organization of Information Technology (IT) professionals in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
