Due to the prevailing extreme heat index, the University is temporarily suspending the mandatory wearing of the school uniform to support the health, comfort, and general welfare of the academic community.
Effective immediately, students may opt to wear the following:
β€’ College/School/Department or recognized organizational shirts
β€’ Light-colored, breathable clothing (e.g., white, yellow, light blue, lime, ash, and similar tones)
Students must still comply with the prescribed Dress Code under the USeP Student Handbook. Inappropriate, revealing, or offensive attire remains prohibited. Wearing the prescribed uniform is optional during this period.
All students are also encouraged to take extra precautions:
> Stay hydrated, bring water bottles, and drink regularly.
> Use umbrellas, hats, or caps when outdoors.
> Seek shaded or cooler areas whenever possible.
> Look out for signs of heat exhaustion and assist or report concerns immediately.
> Limit strenuous activities during peak heat hours.
This measure remains in effect until further notice.
