The College of Information and Computing, through the Faculty Association officers and the Gender and Development (GAD) Coordinator, conducted an upskilling activity participated in by all CIC faculty and staff members with the theme “Upskilling CIC employees on the Gender Difference in Stress Response and Coping Strategy,” last July 18 and 19, 2022 at RMP RMPC Beach Resort and Training Center, RMPC Beach Resort, Samal, Davao Del Norte.

The activity aimed at equipping the participants with coping mechanisms in handling stress geared towards fostering health and mental wellness.
