Resource Management Division

The Resource Management Division is mandated to generate income that would eventually fill the financial gap caused by challenging government subsidy. More so, such capability to support itself, albeit partly, is expected to lead to the attainment of fiscal autonomy and relative independence and the much needed flexibility in fund administration, thus, facilitating support to augment resources for the improvement of infrastructure and other facilities, as well as personnel growth and development.

OFFICE OBJECTIVES
  • To generate additional revenues to finance the University’s operational expenditures through venturing into new businesses or expansion of an existing Income Generating Projects;
  •  To venture into businesses that are stable source of revenues for the University in terms of financial performance;
  •  To maximize the use of available resources of the University to intensify the revenue generation activities of the University
  •  To steadily increase the revenues generated from the implementation of Income Generating Projects;
  • To respond to the call of the National Government for a self-reliant University through the implementation of Income Generating Projects (IGPs);
  • To evaluate and assess the existing Income Generating Projects to provide a profitable recommendation to the Top Management on decisions to restructure, expand or terminate a project.
