Following the successful implementation of the Online Enrollment System (OES) during the Off-Semester 2025, the University of Southeastern Philippines will now officially use the OES for both Undergraduate and Graduate students at the Obrero Campus for the First Semester of A.Y. 2025–2026.

Student Portal Credentials and Official Email for FirstYear Students
>After completing the pre-enrollment process, first-year students will receive their student portal credentials (ID number and password) via email from the Office of the University Registrar (OUR).
>An official USeP email address (ending in @usep.edu.ph) will also be issued. You can access your USeP email account details by logging into your student portal at https://portal.usep.edu.ph or via the OES platform.
Important: The USeP email address is required to receive official announcements and notifications related to the enrollment process.
Students are strongly advised to change the default email password immediately after logging in at https://mail.google.com.

All first-year students are required to choose one of the following civic education programs:
>Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC)
>Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS)
>Literacy Training Service (LTS)
