Dr. Blenn Nimer, an alumnus of the College of Business Administration under the Doctor of Philosophy major in Development Research and Administration program, was one of the presenters and senior reviewers of The 12th Asian Conference on Education 2020 held last October 30 to November 2, 2020, at Tokyo, Japan. His paper is titled “Assessing the Impact of a Community Extension Program Through the Lens of the Human Community Approach”.
