USeP Admission Test (USePAT) Schedule for SY 2019-2020


All USeP Admission Test (USePAT) applicants are reminded of the following registration guidelines:

Application/Registration Period: October 1, 2018 to January 30, 2019

NOTE: The University Guidance and Testing Office (UGTO) will accept requirements until January 30, 2019 only. 


Requirements (UPDATED as of 11 October 2018):
1. Photocopy (with Certified True Copy) of Report Card obtained during Grade 11 (GPA of 1st and 2nd Semesters) and Grade 12 (GPA of 1st Semester)
2. Two (2) pieces recent passport-size ID pictures with name tag
3. Photocopy (with Certified True Copy) of ITR OR Certificate of Low Income OR Certificate of Indigency (You may request this from your barangay)

REMINDERS: INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.


Registration process:
STEP 1:​Register online at http://register.usep.edu.ph/
STEP 2: ​Submit complete requirements to the nearest USeP Campus

Those who cannot personally visit the campus may send their requirements through mail/courier (Examples: LBC, JRS Express, Air21, 2GO Express) addressed to:

Note: Applicants who are capable of delivering the requirements in person are encouraged to visit the UGTO.


The list of applicants who are qualified to take the USePAT will be posted on our website, http://register.usep.edu.ph/applicants/applicants.php .

The University will follow these schedules for the posting of qualified applicants:
(1) November 5, 2018
(2) December 3, 2018
(3) January 3, 2019
(4) February 14, 2019


Testing Sites and Dates:
USeP Mintal Campus – February 1, 8, 15, and 22, 2019
USeP Tagum Campus – February 1, 8, 15, and 22, 2019
USeP Obrero Campus – February 2, 9, 16, and 23, 2019
