
The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) was honored as one of the top-performing institutions during the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP) Oath-Taking Ceremony held at Villamor Hall, UP Theater Complex, UP Diliman, Quezon City.
USeP received plaques of recognition for its outstanding performance in both the April 2025 Electronics Engineers Licensure Examination (ECELE) and the Electronics Technicians Licensure Examination (ECTLE). In the ECELE, USeP achieved a remarkable overall passing rate of 92%, securing the top rank among schools with 10 to 29 examinees and at least an 80% passing percentage. In the ECTLE, the University attained an impressive 83.87% passing rate, placing it among the top-performing schools in the country.
Representing USeP at the ceremony were Dr. Dalia M. Reconalla, Dean of the College of Engineering, and Engr. Rosanna C. Ucat, Program Head of the Electronics Engineering program. Their presence underscored the University’s commitment to academic excellence and the development of competent professionals in the field of electronics engineering.
The event celebrated the achievements of newly licensed Electronics Engineers and Technicians, marking their formal induction into the profession and their pledge to uphold the highest standards of integrity and technical competence.
