The USeP College of Engineering with the Extension Program holds its SEMINAR-WORKSHOP on Community Extension Needs Assessment last November 26, 2021, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN via Zoom. This is continuously needed to effectively mobilize its resources in order to provide relevant and responsive community-based extension projects.
This activity is facilitated by Engr. Lynneth Sorronda, CoE Extension Head and with Dr. Fernando V. Magdato, Jr. as Resource Speaker. Dr. Magdato discussed the Steps in Performing the Training Needs Analysis and the Methods of Data Collection and Analysis for Actual TNA, Creation of a TNA Report.
