ABOUT THE OFFICE
The Performance Management, Monitoring and Evaluation Division (PMMED) administers the implementation of the University's Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS). PMMED, along with the Performance Management Team-Performance Management Group (PMT-PMG), conducts periodic reviews on the performance of different delivery units to ensure the output meets the organization's goals and standards. PMMED also monitors the programs, projects, and plans of the University to track its progress and provide evidence-based information to guide future management decisions. The office also conducts satisfaction surveys to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of various offices and colleges in performing their functions and delivering their services to its clients/stakeholders.
