SDMD primarily manages and administers the ICT Systems of the University that includes the back-end infrastructure, digital assets, application servers, intranet, and internet services. It is also responsible for the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of information system solutions necessary for upholding the University’s quality service delivery and performance. SDMD also provides technical assistance on data collection, processing, and archiving of the University’s data assets, provides information systems support services including training and education; and, generates and provides operational information in support for administrative decision making.
