Non-teaching staff of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) underwent the Basic Customer Service Training last October 11, 2024 held at the University Hostel Dining Hall.
The Resource Speaker of the said training was Ms. Cherrie Rose Sagario of Ateneo de Davao University.
The Basic Customer Service Training was aimed to enhance client satisfaction and promote consistency in service, improve operational efficiency, and adapt to evolving customer expectation and enhancing college reputation.
Together with the non-teaching staff, Dr. Marnie Grace I. Sonico, Dean of the College, was present during the training.
