Prof. Sajed S. Ingilan presented his paper entitled Directives and Politeness in Tausug Parang Sabil: A Sociopragmatic Analysis in the International Conference on Multidisciplinary Filipino Studies held in the University of Hawaii at Hilo, United States of America on October 27-29, 2017. Professor Ingilan is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in the University of the Philippines – Diliman Campus. He is a Commission on Higher Education (CHED) scholar.
