Select students from the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) program of the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) College of Business Administration (CBA) once again proved their academic excellence after achieving a double podium finish at the Rizaldy S. Menor (RSM) National Cup Quiz Bee.
The team composed of Jaylou Antipuesto, Jade Pineda, and Lyka Coca, under the guidance of their coach Dr. Enrico C. Yee Jr., earned 2nd Runner up in the Final Round and 3rd Place in the Current Events Category. Sixteen competing teams from across the country participated in the cup.
What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that the BSA program is only on its 7th year of offering, highlighting its commendable growth and strong commitment to excellence in Accounting education. Prior to the national competition, the team also emerged as Champions in the Visayas–Mindanao (VisMin) leg, showcasing consistent excellence at both regional and national levels.

• ₱15,000 – VisMin Champion
• ₱10,000 – 3rd Place (National Final Round)
• ₱3,000 – Quiz Bee Category Awards
The competition brought together the country’s top accountancy students, rigorously testing their analytical abilities, technical accounting knowledge, and awareness of current financial and economic issues. The team’s outstanding performance reflects their dedication, teamwork, and strong academic foundation.
